What is your educational and professional background?

1. Accessories Design Degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC - experience encompasses roles as a handbag designer in NYC and Miami, as well as a muralist, art teacher, and artist in Brevard County.

2. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from Keiser College, Ft. Lauderdale, FL - experience includes working as a COTA in both hospital and pediatric environments, and serving as a teacher's assistant in school settings in Brevard County.

What inspires you about being part of our school community?

The idea of sharing my passion for art and love of unending creative projects and experiences.

What do you enjoy doing outside of school?

Spending time with my family and doing art.

What is one fun or unexpected fact about you?

My art world, whether it’s in my art studio, car or classroom, is overwhelmingly bursting with wall to wall art, supplies, drawings, colors, fun junk and creativity. But I’m an extreme minimalist at home. I have no art of my own hanging, I have very subtle colors on my walls and I keep the most minimal of home decor, furniture and basics in my home.

Is there anything else you’d like students and families to know about you?

That I truly love what I do and sharing what I’ve learned and continue to learn, with their children.
