Mrs. Holly Schlakman

What is your educational and professional background?

BS in Elementary Education; Director of Christian Education Specialist; Masters in Literacy and Reading Specialist for Grades K-12. 11 years teaching 2nd grade at Trinity Lutheran in Rockledge.

What inspires you about being part of our school community?

You can feel the warmth and love as you walk into the school. All the faculty and staff work together and the sense of belonging is there from the start. I am excited to be a part of it.

What do you enjoy doing outside of school?

I mostly spend quiet days at home with my husband and our dog. We also love to cruise, especially with Disney!

What is one fun or unexpected fact about you?

I won't say "no" to a nice, cozy video game like Animal Crossing!

Is there anything else you’d like students and families to know about you?

My biggest weakness is coffee! If it did not keep me up all night, I would only drink coffee!
