St. Mark's is nestled on the shores of the Indian River Lagoon in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Village.

Our Cocoa Village community partners offer a wide range of dining options, entertainment venues, shopping, and personal health care and beauty services. Cocoa Riverfront Park features an outdoor amphitheater, a playground, and a splash pad area where kids and adults can cool off on a warm day while watching boaters make their way along the Indian River.
Downtown Cocoa Village is also home to many festivals, events, and parades throughout the year, including the annual Fall Festival hosted by St. Mark's Episcopal Academy.
