St. Mark's is nestled on the shores of the Indian River Lagoon in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Village.

Downtown Cocoa Village is a blend of historic and modern. Our Cocoa Village community partners offer a wide range of dining options, entertainment venues, shopping, and personal health care services. Cocoa Riverfront Park features an outdoor amphitheater, a playground, and a splash pad area where both kids and adults can cool off on a warm day while watching boaters make their way along the Indian River.
Downtown Cocoa Village also hosts and features festivals, events, and parades throughout the year including the annual Fall Festival hosted by St. Mark's Episcopal Academy.
